The price of $30 seems reasonable given the current discount.

It seems like you're asking about running something. Could you clarify what you'd like me to do?

It works well even on my Mi PC, which is really solid.

Don't pay attention to the person above you. ArmA 3 is a great game as long as your computer can support it. I own a 4790K and usually get over 60 FPS.

The game performs poorly even on a decent PC, and that's a big issue—especially with Arma. If you're using an AMD CPU, it might not be worth the purchase.

someone built a 9590 using Sli Titans... probably not. It seems like a £150 mid-range CPU paired with around £1800 worth of GPU—essentially the same as fitting a Ferrari engine into a cardboard box with square wheels and a small gas tank.

I mentioned it around 30 when it was in alpha. It's a solid game, though it can be demanding on a computer because it's more of a simulation. The mod support is decent compared to others. I use roughly a dozen add-ons, which works fine.

You definitely want a strong CPU for Arma, so check it works before purchasing. Apart from that, I can highly suggest it if you enjoy tactical battles or just some fun chaos (by the way, I’m aiming for buttersmooth 20 FPS with my q6600, usually around 15—heh). You’ll need a better PC.

performs significantly worse on AMD compared to Intel. However, it offers a huge amount of content—around 600 hours in Arma 3, with about six months of continuous play.
