You're in the Arma engine space. It's a bit dated but known for its extreme optimization. Consider refreshing drivers—clean reinstalls work best. Experiment with render distances, as they significantly impact performance.

It's been a while since I last played Arma. There should be adjustable sliders for "draw distance" and similar settings. Experimenting with them might improve your FPS. Previously, I achieved around 60-70 FPS in forested zones with lowered draw distance, but performance dropped significantly during fights or in urban areas. I also own a 660ti model.
