Hey so I have Ark Survival Evolved on my Xbox, and I downloaded it from the windows store since I had it on my Xbox. But for some reason it won't open. I don't have the game installed on my xbox but I own the game. I went down to see if my computer can run it and I should be plenty fine, I have a i5 9400f and rtx 2060. 32gb of ram. I don't know why it won't run, I have a 1440p 2k monitor but I can easily run Modern Warfare on medium settings. What could my issue be. Do I NEED to buy it on steam?

That's a bit of a mess! Here’s the rewritten text:

Please ensure you have the correct license for your software. If you are experiencing issues, try downloading and reinstalling the application. Verify that you have purchased the appropriate license version – perhaps a different one is needed for your operating system (e.g., Windows vs. PC). Make sure to download from an official source and carefully watch for any error messages or warnings during installation. You may need separate licenses for different devices, such as a license for a PC and another for an Xbox console.

This text discusses the importance of verifying software licenses and ensuring you have the correct version for your operating system (PC vs. Xbox). It emphasizes downloading and reinstalling software multiple times to check for corruption and potential licensing issues. If using a PC, it highlights the possibility of needing a separate license if sharing with another device like an Xbox. The final suggestion is to download again and reinstall to confirm functionality and address any errors or warnings.
