The page won't work right now; just wait or let it close. The same problem shows up when using SumatraPDF Viewer, which is a very light open-source PDF viewer. I'm trying to read my books and scroll through the pages, but it's not smooth at all.

Does the SSD just have one partition? Is your computer really seeing all that RAM? Ran a ram test with runsumatapdf in safe mode to check it.

Two partitions show up in Task Manager as 32GB total. That shouldn't mean I have that much RAM though, right? I didn't test it yet because I already ran a test on safe mode. Same PDF file on my desk computer which is dual-core and an eighth-gen processor. It has only one piece of RAM but holds eight gigabytes total, while the laptop has way more and feels much faster and snappier when opening that same PDF or anything else.

using both Cloudflare and Google DNS as your internet shortcut works the best. You should try putting 1.1.1.1 on first, then switch to 8.8.8.8 afterwards.

Try making funny faces for me while opening Command Prompt as Administrator. Type this command into the box and press Enter: sfc /scannow. That helps fix errors in files, but sometimes bad memory (RAM) makes Windows act weird too.

There are two drives with these sizes: 243 gigabytes on one, 231 gigabytes on the other. Drive C has 80 gigabytes left free, and Drive D is completely full.

It found a lot of junk, mostly things I don't use or old programs I removed years ago.

Windows update changes might cause problems, and sometimes they show up like old computer memory issues. Running a memtest could help find the problem, even if it just gives one small hint.

Should I buy more RAM for my laptop? Are there two sticks already that run at 2133 MHz? Do I need to look for one with higher speed, or am the i7-6820hq limited to 2133 MHz?
