varies a lot depending on the situation—mostly fullscreen, sometimes windowed while playing Minecraft due to frequent tab switching, and borderless windows when issues arise. For me personally, borderless windows feel confusing since most games let my mouse move freely across monitors, and it doesn’t support cross-fire functionality.

Typically the display fills the entire screen, while a few strategy titles such as Civ VI run in a windowed mode.

It varies. TF2 and Borderless have no borders. Grid 2 and Dirt 3 display windows. Other titles run in full screen.

Typically complete, yet GTA doesn't appreciate it too much, so borderless there.

I usually use a borderless window setting since it helps me stay focused without getting distracted by tabs.

Borderless Window experience is top-tier... especially with multiple displays. Why settle for less?

Fullscreen delivers the top performance, being the setting where all advanced options (SLI, gsync, etc.) functioned solely then. I haven’t even thought about running anything other than Minecraft there. It’s unclear if crossfire remains fully functional in borderless windowed mode, and I haven’t verified SLI support either.

Only full-screen view makes sense unless you're using multiple monitors by any chance

I mostly use fullscreen for other games, but Minecraft works best in windowed mode
