It should function properly, but using two sticks ensures success; with four it adds some complexity.

The DIMMs have a capacity that you need to understand. If they're single-rank DIMMs, you're in the right place, and try adjusting the BIOS settings a bit to achieve speeds around 6000MT/s. Just be aware, it's quite sensitive and you should avoid any issues if possible.
