Are you stretching your Cablemod 12VHPWR cable excessively?
I recently purchased this Cablemod cable for my PSU because it’s an older model (Early 2021 seasonic PRIME PX-850) that didn’t come with a 12VHPWR cable:

But the cable is much shorter than expected, significantly shorter than the older 6/8-pin GPU power cables that came with my PSU, and it barely fits (and it didn’t seem to be available in other lengths?)
I’m trying to make sure I’m not overdoing it. This is what it looks like right now—I had to slightly bend it horizontally since it wouldn’t fit otherwise—but I’m unsure if that’s too close, as the instructions warned against bending it too far horizontally:

Should this look acceptable, or am I bending it too tightly or too much horizontally? I haven’t had a chance to install my case yet because I’m still working on the system, so I’m not sure if I can keep it in this position with the cover on. Is this okay as it is, or is it already causing it to bend too far?
It seems acceptable overall, but considering the issues with these connectors, I believe I should aim for a slightly more straight path of the first few inches, aligning it closer to the connector. The connector appears straight, yet only the outer jacket is visible, making it hard to assess what happens inside the jacket with the wiring and terminals. I would attempt to reduce the bend in the initial couple of inches. If the wiring becomes even more bent away from the connector—regardless of the angle—that shouldn’t be the cause of problems. In fact, as long as the section of wiring encased in black plastic coming out of the connector remains straight, the rest of the uninsulated wiring is largely irrelevant, and it could even be bent nearly 90 degrees without affecting performance, provided the terminals inside the connector aren’t under unnecessary stress.

On seasonic.com, their documentation advises avoiding any bends exceeding 35mm. The Seasonic harness measures 750mm, whereas the CableMod harness you referenced is 600mm long, which may account for the perceived shortness in your setup. What graphics card are you using?
Certainly you're allowed. I believe you might not grasp it fully. You don't require additional leniency. If you follow what I'm advising, you'll naturally receive more slack automatically. The sleeved section of the cable is irrelevant. The black segment emerging from the connector matters. As long as that black part of the bundle stays straight and aligned with the connector, you can bend the sleeved portion of the cable DOWN at a near 90-degree angle. This would actually provide more slack from the motherboard tray compared to its current position. I can't be there to clarify this for you—you need to understand it yourself.
It should definitely not be bended so close to the connector. That's a big no no. And I don't understand why you need to pass it through this path. Just go straight down and you will have much more cable length. Your case is already messy and dusty so I don't see why you need to hide this particular cable like that.
