Hi, I often use Google Maps on my desktop but sometimes see foreign languages. For example:

View: https://imgur.com/qaMq5Vj
I would like a way to quickly understand the meaning of that text, such as by hovering over it and getting an instant translation. Do you know any software that can do this? I'm using Windows 10.

Interestingly, the only thoughts that surface are about software for mobile devices.
There are many OCR translators available, but I believe none function in real time, and they usually need each language to be installed separately.
Perhaps it would be better to look into real-time OCR/Translate solutions?

Take a glance at my search results
Here
Mouse Tooltip Translator
at the top of the first page could suit your requirements, otherwise check the others.
It only took me five seconds using Google Search; you could have done it yourself. The key is understanding what to enter in the search box.
