Are you right to dislike them? (Call of Duty)
My perspective here is clear: if an item exists in the game, it should be permitted. The camper or similar character isn't responsible for this issue. The developer deserves credit—or blame—for failing to craft a design that stops such outcomes. One reason I dislike Call of Duty is its weak design that enables campers to gain advantages. Unlike Quake, where players must stay active due to careful level planning and resource management, Call of Duty lets you die quickly. You also regenerate health, so even if an ambushed player takes a hit, the camper can instantly recover without needing a health pack. Essentially, when game mechanics support profitable camping, it signals a flawed design. That’s my take on it.
