My concern is that when I attempt to overclock the GPU using MSI after booting up my PC for this game, it either freezes or runs 9 to 10 frames without overclocking, giving me an average of 35-38. I suspect the issue might be related to my power supply. Should I be able to play this game without overclocking?

I've been trying to overclock my GPU with MSI after booting up the computer for this game, but it either freezes or runs at 9 to 10 frames without any overclocking, averaging around 35-38 frames. I think the issue might be related to my power supply.
