Most PC makers mark it as a gaming machine if it comes with a low-end or dedicated graphics card. Otherwise, MegaDave91 had a point; if you run games on it, it qualifies as a gaming setup. Even with an Intel HD GPU, a few months ago I noticed the Intel HD 4000 ranks among the most popular GPUs among Steam users.
