This setup offers a solid mix of protection tools. Antivirus options like Bitdefender, Avast and Avira provide comprehensive malware defense. Adding MalwareBytes enhances threat detection, while AdBlock helps reduce unwanted ads. The anti-exploit features in MalwareBytes add extra security layers. All the tools are free to use. Let me know if you have any suggestions!

I don’t rely on adblock since I understand ads help keep sites running; without them, websites might stop working.

I don’t rely on antivirus software. I depend on common sense, web-of-trust practices, ad blockers, and a script blocker when necessary. Occasionally run a quick malware scan using Malwarebytes every couple of weeks. This approach has worked well for me over the years.

Bitdefender is often praised for its strong security features and performance. Whether it's truly better depends on your specific needs and usage.

It looks like you're a bit confused, but you're really cautious about viruses. Just avoid clicking on suspicious links and run a scan using Malwarebytes or Avast if needed.
