You're experiencing a DirectX crash in Madden 23 and other games. Here are some suggestions: Check for driver updates, ensure your system meets the minimum requirements, and consider resetting graphics settings. If these don't help, try updating your operating system or contacting the game's support team.

My prediction is it's your operating system, the newest drivers aren't designed with Windows 7 in mind.
This isn't the first time Nvidia drivers caused problems on Windows 7; they've addressed similar issues before. However, since Microsoft ended support a few years ago, it seems unlikely Nvidia will be actively fixing bugs now.

I haven't used this account in a while and didn't remember my setup details. I'm now on Windows 10 instead of Windows 7, by the way. Thanks for your reply. Also, I've tried reinstalling Windows.
