I have CPU-Z installed on my PC, so I can still check it anytime. At school I'm using my laptop, but thank you for your help. When I tried a program that listed all drivers, there were over 50 entries except the GPU, which seemed to be from the mobile site. Really appreciate your assistance!
The majority should appear on the motherboard section. Components such as Ethernet, USB, and the chipset (including ASMedia) should be listed there. Some peripherals might not show up initially but usually install automatically. You can use the online search feature during driver installation, though it often fails to locate them.
