Are you looking for budget laptop suggestions?
Hello
I am searching for an affordable laptop that can handle Sims 4 and browsing.
1. What is your budget? As low as possible, under 500 but still very budget-friendly with Sims 4 in mind.
2. Which notebook size are you thinking about? I don’t have a clear preference yet.
3. What resolution do you prefer for the screen? 1080p is acceptable.
4. Do you need a portable or a desktop replacement laptop?
5. How important is battery life to you? I’m not too concerned since it will be used at home.
6. Would you like to play games on your laptop? If yes, please list the games you want and their desired settings (Low, Medium or High). Sims 4 should have moderate to high settings.
7. What other activities do you plan to perform with the laptop? (Photo/Video editing, etc.) Internet browsing is mainly used.
8. How much storage space do you require? I’m not sure what’s ideal.
9. If you have specific websites in mind for buying, please share their links. Ideally, somewhere in Poland but still able to shop online.
10. How long do you intend to keep the laptop? At least a couple of years.
11. What type of optical drive do you need? DVD ROM/Writer, Bluray ROM/Writer, etc.?
12. Could you tell us which brands you prefer and which ones you don’t like, along with reasons? I’d appreciate some suggestions.
cheap as it gets, under 500 but still very affordable when considering Sims 4.
If possible, try to find a place in Poland where you can buy it online.
Your budget should be in Euros or USD. This site and most users are based in the USA, so we need to know your access options before we keep suggesting.
Personally, checking this page:

suggests you’d need a higher budget for something with 8GB RAM… or are you planning to stick with Sims 4 forever without upgrading anything else?
It will only involve Sims and basic internet browsing, nothing more. Should I consider 8gb as the minimum?
Is there a budget-friendly Mini PC that can be connected to a TV for playing Sims 4? That would also be a good option.
So Euro was the concept, but if we aim for something under 1000 Polish złoty is ideal (for someone in Poland), it's best to look for an option under that amount. Also, instead of a laptop, a Mini PC connected to a TV could make sense specifically for Sims4.
The performance really hinges on the components inside a mini PC, especially the most affordable models that truly matter are Ryzen-based mini PCs or Lenovo Ryzen laptops. To maintain a stable frame rate in these games, it should be around 900p or 720p. Something like this would exceed your expectations but is the bare minimum you need to consider. It should also support other games if you adjust the quality to medium.
Thank you for the suggestion, but it's significantly beyond our budget. We won't need it for anything else besides Sims in games.
other choices include but are not limited to these options; they are quite restrictive. faster than the previous laptop discussed. consider keeping graphics at low 720p for smoother performance if you add more RAM later should be feasible.

For Sims4, I believe this mini-PC would work well.
