I understand, a friend brought me into the world of Trump, but I’ve never been into streaming. I prefer playing games on my own rather than watching others.

Avoid watching Trump for the sake of it... Focus on real talent such as firebat, rdu, freshca, numberguy, lifecoach, joesc2, strifecro, etc.

You can avoid watching streams by checking out platforms such as hearthpwn and tempostorm to grasp the basics of "how to play x deck" and explore various strategies for each scenario.

You can usually find affordable or free decks by searching online. I don’t know your specific cards, but building a budget-friendly deck shouldn’t be difficult.

Do you prefer casual or ranked play? I believe casual is significantly less competitive compared to ranked, since opponents can match nearly any skill level. Ranked matches players around your skill and keeps rank points secure above levels under 20—you can climb to 20 through wins without dropping below. My recommendation is to start experimenting with decks for all characters at this stage. Try out cards you think are strong and add new ones as they become available. Over time, you'll discover which characters suit your style best and learn to build decks that reinforce that approach. When I first started, I thought Paladin and Shaman were ideal for me. But now I favor Priest, Druid, and Mage the most, with Warlock and Warrior as optional choices due to daily quests. My playstyle leans toward playing a bit slower, letting opponents use their neutralizing cards early. (Neutralizers include Silence, high-damage spells, or effects on attack or health.) My Warrior deck is the only one that feels faster naturally. There are also straightforward decks using basic or common minions, though they demand more strategic awareness—like Murloc rush decks or Zoo. Savjuz?

I wasn't planning to list every single positive hs streamer because I'd be here all day mentioning names like savjz, chakki, thijs, khymera, dog, deathstarv3, darkwonyx, and so on.
