I only played X-plane and tried Microsoft Flight Simulator once. X-plane felt much better, though I’m not sure about any new free-to-play titles lately... EDIT: The mobile version of X-plane is free, but... PCMASTERRACE!!!

Enjoy the PS2 Ace Combat titles. They're amazing—great fun without needing top graphics.
