Are you having trouble with strange games on your RTX 3070 Ti? You're getting an error in OCCT as well, right?

So, the OCCT test showed lots of errors right away when I started. But after waiting 30 minutes and running it again, there were no more errors. So what is going on here or what could be wrong? Please try OCCT, show me this picture: error code 0xc0000005 in the event viewer. Here is the full story about my problem: I had issues with Rocket League and other apps (error 0xc0000005 in the Windows Event Viewer), but the games didn't crash or freeze. Everything just seemed to change color every time I started them. I tried everything on the internet, even contacting Nvidia, Microsoft, and Epic Games for help. They said nothing could be fixed anymore. So I decided to do some hardware tests with OCCT. Once it found a lot of errors during a power test, I ran it four times and only once did I get this error. All other stability checks were fine. Even after installing an older GPU driver with DDU and cleaning up Windows several more times by reinstalling the system, things didn't change. I tried both Windows 11 and 10. All drivers from my motherboard website (ASUS B660M PLUS WIFI D4) worked fine too. The problem is still there. It would have been okay if I wasn't experiencing such issues. If my computer freezes or stutters, something is just wrong. Honestly, I don't know what to do anymore either. Also, I hardly get any answers from Nvidia, Microsoft, or Epic anymore. Maybe it's fine if I only get one answer a week? Should I return the GPU? I bought this PC about three years ago and usually don't touch Windows after installation. I set my power settings to performance, turned on 240Hz, turned off the game bar, and in the Nvidia panel, I have ultra low latency mode but also maximum performance and high performance modes. On the BIOS, I disabled fast boot and enabled secure boot with a custom key (and even tried standard). There is no overclocking at all, not even for XMP. The display port supports VESA certification. What's more, when I plug my computer into a different outlet, the screen of my TV shows black for a few seconds while playing a program that isn't connected to the PC. Thanks in advance if you read this so much and can help me.
Check your post and add details about the computer's hardware and software. Tell us which power supply unit you have, including its brand, model, wattage, age (about three years old?), and how it looks (brand new to like a brand new one, or used?). Also list every disk drive on your machine, what makes them, how much storage they hold, and how full they are. Finally, tell us if you have any other equipment attached, whether the internet connection is wired or wireless, which games you use, and any other stuff that comes with it.
