Here is a breakdown of the recording: I have a video file attached showing my stuttering problem. I opened it in AVIDemux just to show you what's going on, so you can see the frames without needing me there. But while the stutter happens, your mouse cursor still moves around normally. That might mean something different than what I think it means, but honestly, I don't know enough about it to tell. I do believe this is important for figuring out what we are dealing with. Hey Skelni, have you found a fix for this? I'm having the same stutter issues in every app on my new computer. No luck so far.
