Sometimes when I play a game, my computer acts up right away. It can happen even minutes later or after the first twenty or thirty seconds. This happens no matter what driver versions I use, whether it's a new operating system installed or not. I have tried different in-game settings and Nvidia 3D options, but this glitch is still there with every game. Here is a video where you can see exactly when this happens. You can watch the moment at 0:19.

Here is a new update. After starting up a fresh game, I noticed two stuttering moments right at the beginning. They happen right around the same second as before. The gameplay feels easier than shown in the first clip. The first one happens at 0:33 (right when the wind blows) and the second one is at 1:42 (exactly when some creatures run away and I lift my shotgun).
