For one, no it is not. For two, that is 46 amps per phase (which is the rating for the high sides) if you want to claim what it is rated. Or do you not know what phases are? This is the B450M-A, and that's still wrong. Before I get some nonsensical response saying I know nothing because I say it's a good board, it's not a good board, I never said it was, but you seem to be the type to claim I did.
They have four 4C10Bs each capable of handling 46 amps, and eight 4C06Bs each able to manage 69 amps. It’s clear you’re not seeing the actual specifications on the datasheet, and you probably don’t grasp what those numbers really mean.
