Bluetooth audio functions properly. I’m not entirely sure why this matters here, but I do have sound. It’s unclear how to connect it through the reg PC, though.

are you connecting to the back or front panel audio ports? the back ones should function properly, while the front ones might not or could be incorrectly wired. note: there are three unidentified or missing devices in the device manager, possibly related to your motherboard audio chip or ports—check the manufacturer's site for compatible drivers and ensure you haven't installed any, including chipset drivers from the MMO website. also, verify that the audio out is selected (little speaker icon in taskbar).
