Speed depends on more than just RAM capabilities. The CPU and motherboard also influence the actual performance you achieve. I own a 5600x on a B550 (MSI), but initially I couldn<|pad|> to reach 3600 MHz. After some BIOS updates with new AGESA, my RAM was able to reach its rated speeds. Have you checked your motherboard BIOS?

It works with DDR4-3200 officially. Adjust the speed to 3200MT/s in the BIOS settings.
