Yes, but GPU temperatures would also be worth checking. I didn't mention how the RAM is mounted on your motherboard or the specific slots available. Your problem might stem from the RAM being used in single-channel mode, which could make your i5-12400F behave like an i5-2400.

gpu temperature is approximately 60-65°C, cpu at 50°C, and ram is placed in slots A2 and B2.
