I just completed assembling my new PC and encountered issues similar to the one shown. I'm trying to resolve it but don't know where to start. Could someone assist?

Your PSU might be the primary point of concern.
That being said;
I have updated my bios
Can you please state the BIOS version for your motherboard?
Getting random drops that cause games to lag
Can you please state the titles you're having the aforementioned thread titled issue with, without stating an etc in there.
What OS are you working with and where did you source the installer for said OS? When the frames begin to drop, what sort of temps do you see for the CPU and GPU?

The bios version is 1.11.AS03. The games I tried included DMC5, Nioh 2, Elden Ring, both Nier titles, Shadow Warrior 2, Gunfire Reborn, RE 2 Remake, Assault Spy, Star Ocean divine Force, Yakuza: Like a Dragon, Remnant: From the Ashes, and MH:Rise. Many of these would experience similar issues at some point.

I created a boot drive for Windows 10 using the provided link. In the image, you can see a spike in temperature but the actual temperature doesn’t change much. I’m not sure about the CPU temperature. It might be worth checking if this matters.

I also notice a buzzing sound coming from my PC when playing more detailed games.
