My games generally maintain high FPS, around 700-800 in Valorant and 300 in PUBG, but I experience frequent stutters across most titles. The issue includes brief FPS drops of about half a second followed by audio distortion, then normalizing again. I’m curious if this stuttering is related to my RAM. I have 32 GB of RAM, with 16GB split between two 16GB DDR5 6000MHz modules. Even after uninstalling Windows from Windows 11 to Windows 10, the problem persists.

2TB M.2 ADATA Pcie GEN4X4 6000MB/S provides sufficient power for both system and games, maintaining 100% health.
1TB M.2 Gen 3 x3 is suitable for documents with 60% health.
