I was investigating further and saw this blue screen. After running a Windows memory check, it reported hardware issues. Once the scan was done, the same problem appeared. Could this mean my RAM is failing?

Do you have any overclocks or XMP settings? If yes, please remove them. Also perform a memtest at the provided link. If issues appear, try swapping RAM sticks one by one to identify the source.

appears to be RAM failing... Correction: I missed the RAM disk warning. That's quite recent tech? Should I file a return? It might also affect the CPU if there were overheating problems.

I purchased these components in March and unfortunately fell victim to the ASUS overvolting issue. I already sent a return request for the Mobo and CPU. After rebuilding it a few weeks ago, everything was functioning properly until recently.

Send back the RAM as well; the CPU and motherboard might be too damaged to fix. It's been a while, but I've noticed CPUs and motherboards can fail RAM. When both were used, the motherboard would die first, then the CPU, and finally the RAM. We had to try two setups before everything worked again.

It might be that your RAM is stressing the CPU and motherboard, or the damage could have occurred from excessive voltage.

The test results suggest RAM might be involved, but it could also point to another issue. This was after just the initial attempt.

Well it could also be the CPU or motherboard, or just a badly seated / dirty contact on a stick or the CPU... but there's definitely something wrong about communicating with the RAM. Start pulling sticks and trying to isolate.

It's likely the RAM was harmed by overvoltage, a problem also seen with older CPUs and boards. I'd consider returning them for an RMA to get a replacement unit. As @kilrah mentioned, it could affect both CPUs and motherboards. If the issue persists after replacing the RAM, I'd include all three components for the vendor to handle. Definitely provide a detailed case—new parts should work reliably, and it seems like all components are original. At least the CPU, motherboard, and RAM should be fine.
