Can you process a replacement at no charge? If the item is outside the return window, you can initiate an RMA via XFX using the warranty for the card. Please let me know if anyone else has suggestions—my belief is the graphics card might have a video memory problem.

it remains covered under warranty, i can obtain a replacement once i receive the new xtx. i plan to sell it and possibly upgrade to brands like zotac, gigabyte, or asus 4080 super.
