I'm searching for a laptop that matches or exceeds my current specs. I'm planning to upgrade to a gaming PC after this, since I really enjoy gaming and have used an Asus ROG before. I'm weighing whether to upgrade or wait for the next MacBook Pro, as I tend to use it more for work than games. I also want the ability to play mobile games on the go.
The motivation behind this search started because my mother struggles with technology and still uses outdated devices like an iPhone 4 and a Windows PC. She's considering upgrading her setup, and I offered her my iPad instead of the Retina 64G Wi-Fi and MacBook Pro. She'll also get an iPhone 6 soon. If she had everything together, it would be perfect.
