Your power coming from upstream is strong. More than 50 is usually a problem. About 54 might lead to disconnections. Your signals can shift by 3dB throughout the day, indicating possible issues. I’d say there are some problems. If I were you, I’d disconnect the modem at the demarcation point where the ISP cable enters your home and test it. If the problem persists, check your internal wiring; if not, the ISP is likely responsible. How many splitters exist between the main incoming wire and the modem?
