Hello everyone,
I came across some reports about the Rysen 7 series experiencing overheating issues. I saw photos on Reddit showing burned CPUs and damaged contacts due to voltage problems. As a new PC builder, I don’t want to assume my CPU is faulty and would like your advice.

Temperatures stay within 60–65°C during gaming, often reaching 44–47°C in many titles. On Cinebench, they’re around 75–77°C. Regarding voltages, this is what interests me most—are they normal or should I consider undervolting?

My BIOS version is F3 from 1/10/2024. In BIOS, AGESA version is 1.1.0.1.

I’m also curious about signs that indicate a CPU might be getting burned.

System specs:
CPU: AMD Rysen 7 7800 X3D
Motherboard: Gigabyte B650 gaming xax v2
RAM: 32Gb Corsair Vengeance DDR5 6000 MHz
PSU: Be Quiet Pure Power 12M 850W
Cooler: Corsair iCUE H115i Elite Capellix

main issues came from subpar motherboard options, especially with ASUS models not meeting specifications.
make sure to update your BIOS to the latest release while adhering to the instructions provided.
also, refresh the AGESA drivers alongside the BIOS update.

Everything is fine. Refer to HWinfo64 for additional information. Adjust the polling rate to 20 to observe brief peaks.
