Initially, I own a laptop with a 15.6-inch screen that causes eye strain, particularly during long work sessions as a DJ. My main priority is to upgrade to a laptop with a better display. As an electrical and computer engineering student, I spend considerable time on the move. I discovered several options from sellers (open box or new):

Which of these would be suitable for me? (I’m considering the Lenovo V17 G3 IAP and/or the Surface Laptop Go 2 most.)
Are there any attractive offers available that would make me miss out on these deals?
Could you share the links to the laptops you've selected? I usually prefer purchasing brand new ones and others should follow suit. Including warranty information is beneficial, as it provides peace of mind if any problems arise. A brand new laptop tends to be more dependable than one that has been used or abused.
What issues are present with the screen? Could it be too small, dim, lacking contrast, having poor viewing angles, or being too reflective? Additionally, the Lenovo V17 G3 IAP comes with two display panels—TN and IPS. The TN panel is particularly poor, so it's important to determine the panel type before deciding on this model.
I received the new laptop but encountered an issue. The seller provided an open-box unit (Lenovo v17 g3 iap) from a local used electronics site. He claimed it was brand new and only offered Windows in Greek (from German). It seems he might have been an exhibition seller, giving me just the laptop and its charger. The Windows version displays as not activated. After downloading two software tools claiming activation keys, I found two keys but they still remain deactivated. What should I do? (How can I upload photos?)
