I once played some command and conquer with my brother over LAN, and we're excited to keep the fun going. What other strategy or solo games would you like to try together?

You can purchase Company of Heroes 1 at a low cost right now, and the Blitzkrieg mod enhances it with more units and realistic damage. Similarly, Company of Heroes 2 is available at a reasonable price, though it has received mixed feedback. I find it enjoyable.

Looking for effective base-building tips? Since you're on sale for Age of Empires 2 HD, focus on securing resources early and building strong, defensible positions. Prioritize placing your main structures near resource sources and consider early fortifications to protect against enemy advances.

StarCraft 2 offers a budget-friendly Wing of Liberty box. It provides a variety of gameplay options through its arcade section. In fact, you might be able to download and play the SC2 arcade for free—just keep that in mind.

It's not really about planning, but battling orcs is super enjoyable with a companion. Beyond the standard building tactics I've used, I've had some great moments in total war: Rome 2 (turn-based maps with real-time battles) and laughed at the unpredictable events in Crusader Kings 2 (RTS that can be paused anytime). Later this year, Eugene Systems (creator of the series) is releasing a new title that feels like a nod to classic command and conquer base-building.

I also tried R.U.S.E., and my brother and I had a great time there.
