Yesterday I observed Shroud streaming Rust with nudity enabled and he wasn't removed. It caught me off guard because Twitch was quick to ban streamers for such issues in the past, even if they accidentally exposed themselves. However, I had to confirm I was 18+ when watching the stream. I believe Twitch still requires that now, though visibility is reduced and thumbnails are less clear.
