Are there NSFW modded game live streaming choices available?

I wasn't sure about the best place to share this, especially between PC gaming and programming/websites sections. I chose here because it's more focused on the game aspect.
I'm searching for a live streaming service that lets me modify my games, as I want to use mods for Fallout, Skyrim, and Witcher. However, doing so would likely violate Twitch's terms of service.
For Witcher 3 and Skyrim, the mods mainly improve the game's lore, which is what matters most.
Fallout offers safe mod options for most content, so I could adapt to that. But I feel restricted in my gaming experience and still want to stream.
Do you have any suggestions or ideas?

Yep. Particularly with the witcher, the moments when characters are in the sauna or bath not being nude seems strange. Underware in Skyrim also feels off—it's more suitable for Fallout because it's more contemporary.

I contacted Mixer's CAT support regarding mods that introduce nudity not created by the developer. They confirmed such changes are not permitted. I'm also unsure about any policies on Twitch or other platforms.

From the perspective of US-based firms, they are identical. In Northern or Eastern Europe, this would appear differently. Nevertheless, they would remain limited to users with registered accounts, much like current streaming platforms restrict access to their own content.

Yeah, that's essentially the only choice I see, but I wonder if they'd be interested since it's not really "porn" after all, lol... In theory YouTube could work, though I don't think anymore, honestly. I used to follow a streamer who mainly showed RE2 with very little content, which was a good way to discover new mods for me. But it got recently removed and I'm not surprised by YouTube's *new* rules.

There are still many such videos on Nexus (hosted on yt), but it's really risky and probably not a sustainable solution in the long run.

After some effort, I reached out to Picarto.tv community support. David Mor responded with this message:
tldr: They permit any mature content as long as children aren't present. Also, ensure game mode is active if you're playing.
