I am experiencing PC crashes following a hardware upgrade as well.
The Mobo+CPU+Ram setup has been causing issues since installation.
Temperatures for CPU and GPU are within normal ranges, so overheating isn't likely.
I've tested using different power supplies in various locations, but crashes still occur.
Event viewer shows a critical error (ID 41, Task 63).
System details: CPU i5-13600kf, 32GB RAM GSKILL Ripjaws V 32GB DDR4 3600 MHz CL18-22-22-42 at 1.35V, motherboard Z690 PG Riptide (latest BIOS), GPU Gigabyte RTX 3080Ti 12G, OS Windows 10 Pro 64 bit (Build 19045), SSD Crucial MX500 500GB 2.5-inch, HDD WD Blue 1 TB 7200 RPM SATA 6 Gb/s 64 MB Cache, power supply Cooler Master v1000 Gold.
