We haven't noticed any price near that level before they switch to 60-day game cards, especially not since Plex was added. Plex is around 900 points now. I used to get half a year for that, but it's just a month now.

It's the truth that those with substantial isk convert it to plex either for investment value or since it tends to hold up better against inflation. The difficulty of the learning process isn't as severe as commonly perceived. What matters most is identifying a company or group that aligns with your goals or has individuals with relevant expertise.
