Searching for the top Mouse suited for business applications, focusing on those with numerous buttons. Which option—Mouse, TrackBall, or both—is superior?

The trackball mouse isn't as smooth, and the buttons might not handle all the clicks, but it seems like a good option for you.
For my job, I bought a Logitech G305, a lightweight wireless gaming mouse. I've noticed the MX series mice are getting less reliable as gaming mice prices drop. Not overly impressive either.
A former colleague loved the big trackball.

Both is actually what I do. Initially, trackballs are the best choice. I mostly use Logitech but also have a Kingston and an Elecom. After two decades in the industry, trackballs remain niche because people rarely try to switch to them. Try it for a short time. Once you overcome the initial difficulty and build muscle memory—similar to most new hand coordination challenges—you’ll never revert.

I believe the Logitech MX Master 3 mouse is ideal. For extended work sessions, comfort matters, and the Logitech MX Masster 3 offers this with its ergonomic design, high back support, thumb rest, and gesture control buttons.
