Generally, you should keep your fingers still and straight while hovering over the keys, pressing them with the middle of each finger. I haven't tried this except for short tests on my Macbook keyboard; it works better with straight keyboards than with staggered ones, but possibly with ortholinear ones. With enough practice, it should feel natural to type many keys quickly and achieve a high WPM while making fewer mistakes compared to regular touch typing due to less finger movement.

The nearest option would be Datahand, but the fingers are positioned like a claw.
