Hi.
I bought a new PC about a month ago, but I experienced a blue screen when it started up and the store advised me to reinstall Windows. After that, everything worked properly until today. Now I get a blue screen with error code 0xc000221 when I turn it on. When I power it off and turn it back on, it enters safe mode and shows the error code kernel power id 41. The log says the PC wasn’t shut down correctly, even though I turned it off and back on the right way. What do these error codes mean? Also, I noticed kernel tracing events 3 and 4 in the log. The PC is working fine again after I restarted it. Sometimes, just before turning it off, an error message appears quickly—I don’t have time to read it, but I think it’s related to the kernel tracing. Any advice would be appreciated.

This setup includes a Ryzen 7 7700, an Asus TUF B650 motherboard, 32GB DDR5 5600MHz RAM, two Kingston SSDs at 3500/2100 MHz, an Asus TUF AMD RX 7900 XT, and an Asus TUF 850W PSU.
