Are there any issues with crashes and freezing during gameplay?
CPU: Ryzen 7 5800x3d
GPU: 9070 XT powercolor reaper
Corsair 2x16 gb Ram 3600

Samsung Evo plus 970
seagate firecuda 2tb
Western Digital 1TB 3.5" SATA HDD 7200RPM
Windows 11
PSU: MSI MAG A850GL PCIE5, Fully Modular Compact Gaming 850W Power Supply, 80+ Gold
So this pc recently has been through the a lot, mainly since I changed my gpu from a 3060ti to this 9070XT. After lots of issue and possibly downloading faulty drivers that werent even for my gpu, I decided to do a clean install of windows. I even wiped the drives and nvme, through the windows installer, and did a new install of windows 11. Installed all my drivers and chipsets, let windows install all the updates and drivers. Everything was working great, I didnt have anymore crashes on Marvel Rivals, which was the main and only game my gpu would crash, giving me unreal engine and adrenalin crash popups, those crashes were black screen freezes and beeps to back to normal.
Anyways, clean install, everything was fine for a day or two till I was hit with a DPC watchdog Violation while on arc raiders for less than a min, i used WhoCrashed, gave me a not so detailed answer, basically could be hardware or driver issue, or thermal but my temps have been all good. So i went ahead and research, updated my nvme driver, then tried to update firmware so I tried, it failed to find an update and was stuck on the press anything to reset screen so I manually reset my pc.
Then things were fine, I played a hour or 2 of Rivals. It was until I got on Arc Raiders again, played a round, then pc hard froze, I waited to see if i would get a error screen, nothing no sound, nothing. So I reset my pc itself. I read that clock speed could be an issue, my speeds are going up to 3100 MHz, and I read my card is rated at 2970MHz. I ran furmark, crashed with 5 seconds of the test and froze my main monitor, I couldnt click but move my cursor, tried the stress test again and it worked for more than 20 mins with good temps, I assume i tested incorrectly. Any insight would be great.
To note, another driver I updated because of the watchdog violation was realtek gaming gbe family driver. Also I played another round of Arc, not crashes but honestly it was quick and off the game because i really didnt wanna deal with the issue at 2 am, but here I am typing away at 3 am.
Any helps plz ?
Check Reliability History/Monitor and Event Viewer for error messages, warnings, and informational events around the time of crashes and freezes. Review Update History for any unsuccessful or problematic Windows updates. Consider using "dism" and "sfc /scannow" to locate and repair faulty or corrupted Windows files.

What BIOS version is active on your motherboard?
Power supply: MSI MAG A850GL PCIE5, Fully Modular Compact Gaming 850W Power Supply, 80+ Gold
How long has the device been in use and has it been running with the RTX 3060 Ti since purchase?
I chose to perform a clean installation of Windows.
Reinstalling the operating system in offline mode?
All my drivers and chipsets were uninstalled, then Windows was allowed to install updates and drivers.
It’s recommended to install all platform-specific drivers using the latest versions manually, for example by right-clicking the installer and selecting Run as Administrator during offline installation, so the OS doesn’t download unsuitable drivers.
In any case, the clean install worked smoothly for a short period.
Did you run DDU in Safe Mode to remove all GPU drivers (Intel, AMD, Nvidia) before upgrading to the RX 9070 XT?
Please note that I also updated a driver related to a watchdog violation—Realtek Gaming GBE family driver.
If you don’t use Ethernet, turn off the NIC in BIOS, then remove the driver from Device Manager and check if the problem continues.
It would be helpful if you could share any .dmp files; please forward them for review on this thread. They should be uploaded to a location similar to DropBox, and we’ll extract the URLs for analysis.

You mentioned you downloaded Arc Raiders from Steam and are using the latest version. My BIOS was updated about a month ago, and I noticed new updates on the site. My PSU is new; I installed it with my 9070xt, which is not powered by the 3060ti. I made an error using old custom cables for my previous PSU, but switched to the cables that came with my current PSU after reading a warning on another forum about potential short circuits. Fortunately, nothing happened. I installed Windows from a USB drive. I used the amd clean up utility, but I didn’t think I needed DDU since I formatted my drives before installing Windows. I’m connected to Ethernet.
I experienced another crash today, but after some gaming on Rivals, it turned into a black screen with freezing and occasional beeps. I had to reset it manually. I used DDU in safe mode and disabled Windows updates in the registry before reinstalling my chipset and then the GPU drivers.
