Today I observed unusual sounds from my PSU, they seem similar to a cable rubbing against a fan, though I've checked several times and found no evidence of such a connection. I also disconnected my GPU from the power supply and verified that the noises weren't coming from it—so it's likely the PSU is the source.

I have a Corsair VS Series VS650 (CP-9020172-EU) 650W power supply, which is over four years old.

Recent changes include:
- My CPU reaches temperatures up to 100°C, so I swapped it with an AIO cooler.
- I upgraded to Windows 11, though the sounds persist in the BIOS.
- I'm considering a more powerful PSU, as many recommendations suggest 750~850W, but my PC has run smoothly for two years after upgrading the GPU.

A budget office power supply paired with an RTX 3090 is a completely unrealistic setup. You're essentially competing to see which component fails first.
This configuration should never have been activated with this PSU. An upgrade is urgently needed. It's like driving under the influence—surviving is just luck, not a solid design.
