Hi, I'm having trouble with my PC and LG 4K TV setup. When I open Windows 11 settings or the Microsoft Store, turn the TV off and back on, and then close the app, nothing appears clickable—it just shows an image. Pressing the red X in the top corner to close it works until I power off and back on again, after which the settings behave normally until I restart the TV. The issue persists with different drivers, a fresh Windows 11 install, and increased RAM. My PC specs are: 7950x, x870e, 32GB, 6000MB RAM, 4080s, platinum EVGA 1000WAT, 1TB HDD, Samsung 990.

I've tested various GPUs, updated Windows, changed motherboards, RAM, power supplies, CPUs, NVMe drives, and reinstalled drivers, yet the problem remains unchanged.

The requirement to turn off the TV while in the Microsoft Store is likely related to ensuring a stable connection and preventing disruptions during downloads or updates.

It's not only the store, but also the window settings. Switching the TV on and off makes the settings unresponsive. The rest of everything functions normally with desktop icons working. I need this resolved since I leave my PC on and my TV shuts down due to standby mode, causing issues.

I've completed this task too; I also had an Intel rig that I replaced with an AMD one, but the new hardware is still experiencing the same issue.
