I recently replaced my air cooler with a Corsair H110i RGB Platinum and attempted to overclock it to 5GHz at 1.3V. I want to check if the temperatures are within safe limits and if all components are functioning properly.

This is completely normal according to Intel standards.
The Digital Thermal Sensor (DTS) might show a slight error, with up to 10° C difference between the highest and lowest core temperatures.
If you notice a 20° C deviation from these extremes, it may indicate an issue.

It seems like you're asking about running the system under full capacity for about an hour.

I forgot to mention that I ran prime95 (version 26.6) for an hour.

It's okay because prime95 increases the system temperature more than regular applications. Also, a water cooler maintains its actual temperature for about an hour under steady load.

That's acceptable because prime95 increases system temperature more than regular applications. Also, the water cooler maintains its actual temperature around an hour under constant load. Thank you for the clarification. Planning to operate this continuously with adaptive VCO and EIST, etc. Confirming again, these temperatures are normal.

Another point: core #2 is noticeably cooler by about 8 degrees compared to the other cores. Is there a reason for that, or is it typical?

This is typical and acceptable according to Intel guidelines.
The Digital Thermal Sensor (DTS) might show a slight error, with up to 10° C difference between the highest and lowest core temperatures.
If the temperature difference reaches 20° C, it may indicate a problem.
