Yesterday a massive storm hit and caused power outages for several minutes. After the storm, I turned on my PC and when I started games, I noticed my FPS was around normal levels of 50 to 60 frames per second. However, when I actually played the game, it felt like a strange, very laggy stuttering effect, and the audio was affected too, but my FPS remained the same.
