Hello, I'm working on assisting a friend. They need to play League of Legends or Marvel Rivals with the lowest settings, but the game freezes and FPS drops significantly.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
System details for troubleshooting:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600G
GPU: NVIDIA 3060
Power Supply: NZXT C750, 750W, 80+ Gold Full Modular
When sharing a troubleshooting thread, include your complete system specifications. List them clearly as follows:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
RAM:
Storage: SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
Include the PSU age along with its make and model. Also, note the BIOS version for your motherboard at this time.
The game freezes and experiences significant FPS drops.
Have you tried using DDU in Safe Mode to eliminate all GPU drivers (Intel, AMD, Nvidia), then manually reinstalling the latest GPU driver from Nvidia's support site via an elevated command, such as right-clicking the installer and selecting Run as Administrator?
