It's my initial attempt to stay under the $1500 budget (or US$1057). I'm new to overclocking but am curious if the components I've chosen are appropriate, especially considering the quiet operation. The Straight Power 11 650W PSU and be quiet! - Dark Rock 4 CPU Cooler seem adequate.

Currently I have:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 3.4GHz 6-core ($234 at Shopping Express)
CPU Cooler: be quiet! - Dark Rock 4 ($99 at PCCaseGear)
Motherboard: Asus STRIX B350-F GAMING ATX AM4 ($135)
Memory: Kingston FURY 16GB DDR4-2400 ($209)
Storage: Samsung 860 Evo 250GB SSD ($79)
Storage: Seagate BarraCuda 1TB HDD ($58)
Video Card: Asus Radeon RX 580 8GB ($399 or ROG Strix)
Case: Phanteks Eclipse P300 ($89)

Total comes to $1501.00. Is the 650W too much, not enough, or sufficient? Also, does anyone think the be quiet! PSU would be a better pick than the EVGA Supernova 650W? It's about $30 cheaper.

What are your thoughts on this build? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you all.

Order a B450 (or 470) series motherboard compatible with that CPU. Avoid the 350 model. Also, look for RAM with at least 3000mhz speed.
