Hello! Your setup is working well so far. The last screw you mentioned isn’t strictly necessary because several components are already secured. For cleaning the CPU cooler fans, you’ll need to remove them carefully—since you can’t see above the cooler due to the PSU shroud, use a small Phillips head screwdriver or a flathead to gently pry them out. If they’re stuck, try applying a bit of thermal paste remover or a soft cloth with isopropyl alcohol.

Place it in the standoff instead. Avoid using a powerful air cooler on an ITX board.

I've experienced curved mITX boards due to improper standoff setup (misaligned screws). Placing an air cooler nearby might cause enough torque to damage traces, especially in the top left corner. Vibration fatigue could break solder connections there, possibly affecting the VRM. TL;DR: secure the screws properly.
