Hello, I recently built a system and am having a lot of trouble with it. The problem is mainly about storage and the RGB led lights that I have on my mainboard. There are seven things connected to the main argb header: all the fans work fine, they spin and I can control how fast they go. But the argb and rgb headers are not working at all.

I have an MSI B550 A PRO board. I updated the BIOS, downloaded the software, and got an error message every time I try to open it: "mainboard's LED firmware is abnormal. Please get into Support-Live update and click Advanced to scan and update MB LED FW." After clicking that, it says everything is up-to-date, but I don't know why.

I tried downloading the update from Google uploads, but every time I try to apply it, it says "connect to device fail." I am really stuck here now, I have been trying for 8 hours and this is not helping at all. Please help!

How exactly did you get the RGB lights to work on your motherboard? Did you use a hub or just connect everything directly? Are all power cables plugged in to that hub too? What specific fans did you install? Which brand and model of MSI Center with Ambient Link did you put in, what BIOS version were you running before? Go ahead, uninstall the software. Turn off the computer. Disconnect those RGB connections from the board and try updating the LED firmware again.
