If your temperatures rise, limit your frame rate to match your monitor's refresh rate (75). Your display can't exceed 75 fps regardless. Going beyond that wastes unnecessary power and usage from your components. If the issue persists, check specific graphics settings—adjusting them often helps resolve the problem.
